Fondant is a type of smooth, elegant frosting draped over a cake.
It is preferable to reserve wedding cakes at least 3 months in advance and at least 3 weeks in advance for birthday’s cakes or other events. Last minute orders cannot always be accommodated, so please try to plan ahead.
Unfortunately I do not ship cakes via postal or courier services. I can deliver wedding and larger specialty cakes to catering facilities. Depending on how far your venue is from our location, there will be a delivery charge.
The price is based on the distance. Generally, New Jersey starts at $40 and New York starts at $55.
Please note that if you request delivery it is your responsibility to inspect the cake upon arrival to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Should there be any issues, please contact me immediately before accepting the cake. I are not responsible for any damages on the cake after you accept and sign for it.
I will make sure that you have enough cake for everyone and some to save for later. My serving sizes are based on a 1 ½” by 2” slice per person. If you would like bigger slices, you have to order a bigger cake.
All of my cakes are custom made and I only take a limited number of cakes orders per week. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order, which is non-refundable.
Yes, you can mix any flavors you want. Just specify which combination you desire when placing the order.
Yes, if your budget is reasonable, please let me know and I can work with you to design something within these constraints.
Yes, I can accommodate special requests for gluten free and dietetic products. Please let me know when your Quote Request is placed. Since the ingredients are more expensive for these cakes, there will be an extra charge.
